Which model do I need for my height and weight?
At Gamechanger, we have the right model for every body size and weight.
The Gamechanger S/M is ideal for people up to 169 cm tall and weighing a maximum of 125 kg .
For heights of 170 cm and up to 125 kg, we recommend the Gamechanger L.
And for people weighing up to 200 kg , the Gamechanger XL is your throne.
Is the game changer also suitable for younger gamers?
Absolutely, our Gamechanger S/M is perfect for you if you're under 169 cm tall. Both the seat and backrest are specially designed.
The standard seat height ranges from 38-46 cm, but you can also choose a standard gas spring for a seat height of 42.5 - 55 cm.
Over 193 cm? The Gamechanger still fits.
A taller gas spring allows the seat height to increase to 50-63 cm.

How do I sit ergonomically correctly in the Gamechanger?
For ergonomic seating in the Gamechanger, full contact with the backrest is essential. Your elbows should be level with the edge of the table, and your legs should form an angle of slightly more than 90°. You can find the perfect setting in Janet's video on our website.
Why should I choose additional viscoelastic foam padding?
Our chairs are already comfortable, but with our 2 cm thick viscoelastic foam padding, also known as memory foam, you're on the safe side. Ideal for anyone with particularly sensitive sit bones or simply looking for ultimate comfort.
How comfortable are the backrest and seat of the Gamechanger?
Both the backrest and seat of the Gamechanger are padded with our Ultra Comfort foam. This foam is a true all-rounder: it's firm enough for lasting comfort and yet soft enough to perfectly adapt to your body. Goodbye sagging furniture, hello long-lasting seating comfort!
Why does the Gamechanger work without a separate lumbar cushion?
Our backrest is designed to support the natural S-shape of the spine. It's even height-adjustable to perfectly adapt to the body. For specific needs, such as a swayback, we also offer an adjustable lumbar support. This guarantees fatigue-free sitting.
Can the game-changer help with back pain?
Although the Gamechanger is not a medical device, it is ergonomically designed to prevent poor posture and tension. It supports your body's natural movement and function patterns and can thus help alleviate discomfort. However, we recommend consulting a doctor if you experience persistent back pain.

What color options does the Gamechanger offer?
In the Gamechanger configurator, you can choose from a wide range of colors. You can also find all the options on our color page. And if you want to get even more creative, don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
How can I have my own logo embroidered on the Gamechanger?
Choose your names, your initials, or simply upload your logo in the configurator to personalize your Gamechanger. It's important that you own the rights to use the logo. If it's someone else's logo, such as that of your favorite sports team, you'll need written permission, which you should please send us.
Which parts of the Gamechanger can I customize with different colors, and what about the seams?
The Gamechanger configurator gives you complete control over the color scheme. You can customize not only the main surfaces like the back, front, outer edges, and appliqués, but also choose the color of the stitching and wheels. Make your Gamechanger as unique as you are!
Materials and components used
From choosing the perfect upholstery in faux leather, fabric, or genuine leather, to the soft, optionally padded armrests – anything is possible with us. You can even remove the armrests, although we advise against it to ensure optimal comfort. And if you're wondering whether we use a steel frame: no, we don't. We focus on maximum freedom of movement and comfort so you can game or work for hours without fatigue.
Fabric, faux leather or leather? Which cover suits me best?
Our synthetic leather is breathable and porous. It contains no toxic plasticizers, so you won't sweat even during intense gaming sessions.
Our fabric cover is made from 100% recycled polyester and is environmentally friendly.
For those seeking luxury, we also offer nappa leather. This high-quality material is dyed through and finely embossed, making it particularly durable and pleasant to use.
Are the armrests of the Gamechanger hard or soft?
Our armrests are made of soft, easily compressible PU foam. This ensures maximum comfort, even with direct skin contact. And for those seeking the ultimate in luxury, we even offer additional armrest padding. This will make your gaming experience even more comfortable!
Can I remove the armrests on the Gamechanger?
Yes, you can remove the armrests using the included Allen key. However, please note: We recommend using the armrests for optimal comfort in the shoulder and neck area.
Does the Gamechanger have a steel frame?
No, we deliberately avoid using a steel frame in the Gamechanger. Our focus is on maximum freedom of movement and comfort during extended periods of sitting, whether gaming or working. That's why we use a synchronous mechanism that allows you to flexibly adjust your position. Steel frames are for cars, not gaming chairs!
Care & Cleaning
For optimal care of your Gamechanger, prevention is better than cure. Use only recommended cleaning products and test them on an inconspicuous area. Avoid vacuuming and wash new clothes before sitting down to prevent discoloration. Keep in mind that light-colored upholstery can darken over time. With these tips, your Gamechanger will stay in top condition for years to come!
How do I care for my Gamechanger made of different materials?
For fabric upholstery, we recommend a slightly damp microfiber cloth and clear glass cleaner for stains. For synthetic leather, a slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Genuine leather should be treated with special care products to keep it supple.
Important care instructions for all materials
Use only our recommended cleaning products and test them on an inconspicuous area. Avoid vacuuming and wash new clothing before sitting on the chair for the first time. Light-colored materials may darken over time.
Ordering & Shipping
When it comes to ordering and delivery, we make it as easy as possible for you. After you place your order, we'll inform you about the delivery week, and your game-changer will usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. The chair comes pre-assembled in a large box via DHL, including tracking. This means you can start gaming right away, without any complicated assembly. In short: Minimal effort, maximum gaming comfort! 🎮
How does the ordering process work?
After you've added your custom Gamechanger to your cart and paid, we'll inform you about the delivery week. We typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Chairs in stock are usually ready to ship the next business day.
What does pre-assembled shipping mean?
Your game-changer arrives almost ready to use. You just need to assemble the base, the gas spring, and the top. No tools required. Warning: This large package could easily become a new cat or child's castle!
How is delivery handled?
Your game-changer will be delivered in a large box (100x60x60 cm) via DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email so you always know when your throne will arrive.
What should be considered when ordering from outside the EU? (e.g., Switzerland)
As a customer residing outside the EU, you are exempt from VAT in Germany and do not have to pay it. If you are from such a third country and your delivery address is also located there, our shop will initially display the regular price including VAT. However, as soon as you add the product to your shopping cart and enter your address at checkout, the price will automatically be displayed without VAT on the following page before payment. Accordingly, you will not pay any VAT.
When importing into non-EU countries, sales tax, customs duties and related fees may apply.
Do you want to order with a delivery address in Germany and then transport the chair yourself to a third country? No problem. In this case, simply contact our customer service, who will then check your eligibility for VAT exemption. It's important that you provide us with proof of export. This way, we can refund you the difference between the gross and net price.
