Janet's passions are ergonomics and quality. But it was the radical step of quitting her well-paid job at a well-known manufacturer of ergonomic office chairs, followed by an extended trip to Asia, that led to the founding of her own company. She saw a major problem in the market flooded with inferior racing seats: thousands of people worldwide were injuring their backs while playing their favorite pastime, gaming. The rest is history: back in Germany, she found a production partner in East Westphalia and developed the ergonomic Gamechanger gaming chair entirely on her own – to contribute her expertise in ergonomics and become part of the solution. Today, Gamechanger is firmly established in the market, allowing Janet to increasingly focus on the further development of Gamechanger products .
