Very important: Your invoice also serves as your warranty certificate . Should a claim arise under your warranty, we will need this proof to ensure a smooth processing of your claim. The warranty period begins on the date shown on your invoice.

This guarantee applies only to the owner or the person named on the receipt or the product covered by the guarantee.

The warranty for your Gamechanger gaming chair covers the parts used and the mechanics . Upholstery fabrics are an exception.

After the 2-year warranty period has expired, the manufacturer will no longer cover shipping costs for any transport.

Upholstery fabrics are subject to a natural aging process , and their condition always depends on the user. For proper care instructions for different upholstery fabrics, please see our FAQ. Discoloration caused by other textiles is not covered under warranty .

In the event of a warranty claim, the processing time is significantly reduced if a photo or video is submitted directly. The defective part must be clearly visible.

Damage caused by improper handling or by unauthorized persons is also excluded from the warranty.
